Chris joined the Center in November 2022 as Vice President of People and Culture, responsible for the human resources functions including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and total rewards. In his current role as Chief Administrative Officer, Chris continues to lead initiatives of the People and Culture team, along with Facilities and Operations. He has previously served in leadership roles in human resources and administration in the nonprofit sector, as well as technology and financial services. Chris earned both a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a master’s degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
