Erica Rangel joined the Carole Robertson Center for Learning as the Senior Director of Development in 2022 and oversees institutional, individual, and event fundraising for the organization. Previously, she played a number of roles at Enlace Chicago, a community-based organization in Little Village, including leading the development and marketing functions and serving as lead community organizer on education and immigration issues. She started her nonprofit career as a Community Relations Coordinator at the Greater Chicago Food Depository. She has served as board member of The Learning Center, an adult education provider in North Lawndale, and as a member of the Chicago Foundation for Women’s Anti-Racism Transformation Team. She graduated with an Associate of Science from Moraine Valley and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from University of Illinois at Chicago.
