Laura Hool has served as Director of Strategic Initiatives at the Carole Robertson Center for Learning since 2021. In her role, Laura provides close support to the Center’s CEO and manages high-priority initiatives such as programmatic expansion, key external partnerships, and the organization’s strategic plan.
Laura has spent her career in service to youth development and educational organizations across Chicago. Before joining the Carole Robertson Center, she held various development and executive support roles at organizations including the YMCA of the USA, DePaul University, and After School Matters.
Laura holds a master’s degree in Public Service Management from DePaul University and received her bachelor’s degree from Columbia College Chicago. She is a community representative on the CPS Local School Council for Columbus Elementary in Ukrainian Village.
