
Paul DiCaro is a nonprofit fiscal specialist with more than 3 decades of experience and a special expertise in early childhood education nonprofit entities. He joined the Center in 2023; in his role, he leads the fiscal department, including overseeing annual budgeting and financial audits, forecasting and planning, and grants management for the organization’s public and private revenue sources. Prior to joining the Center, Paul worked for Quatrro Business Support Service (formerly Arthur Andersen, American Express Tax & Business, RSM McGladrey) from 1998 to 2023 in a variety of roles of increasing responsibility, culminating as Assistant Vice President overseeing a portfolio of nonprofit clients ranging in budget size from $4M to $30M. In his role at Quatrro from 2011 to 2020, Paul’s primary assignment was with the Albany Park Community Center, which was acquired by the Carole Robertson Center in 2021.
